Additionally, with complex gas and electricity invoicing, bill pay companies often struggle to accurately upload invoice details to the client’s bill pay portal which can adversely impact internal reporting. Highland Energy will run an audit over several months and can provide training to the bill pay company to ensure the data is correctly recorded.
